Here is a Mr. FixIT
Click the Run Now Button.
Then try uninstalling the Click to Call Plugin.
If still the error persists;
Uninstall Chrome First > Then Uninstall Click to Call Plugin > After that Install Chrome again.
it doesnt install. and neither does the portable version.
i have (genuine) windows 7 home premium 64 bit.
Temporary disable Antivirus/Firewall. You can reactivate your Antivirus/Firewall after downloading or installation. You may try another browser and also try resetting your browser settings.
about fixit app:
disabling antivirus and firewall didn't change anything.
tried to launch it in compatibility mode - also didn't work.
about removing 'click to call' app:
made firefox the default browser - still same error.
removed it from chrome extensions, but it remained in windows programs list.
i had to uninstall google chrome, then the 'click to call' app finally uninstalled! yay!
hope this helps anyone else who encounters same problem
also remember to backup all the bookmarks and stuff before uninstalling chrome browser.

Thanks for the feedback. I have already told you that workaround in my First post.
