Dear skype users,
I wanted to point out there is no option to adjust volume in the newest version of skype unless I turn up/down the volume on volume mixer of my computer.
Older versions of skype used to have such feature, but the newest one whch has installed itself automatically does not have it, unless I am blind, or unskilled...
Is it a bug?
Solved! Go to Solution.
just click the Call Quality icon to call the volume controls...
Nice, it works many thanks for explanation, honestly.
But to be honest it was whole lot better in previous versions-a direct access to volume adjustment. People who are not computer literal will just struggle.
I find it interesting that we are losing feature after feature... Sharing your screen to show a friend or family member what you are working on is now a Premium feature.
I find this disgusting. And they just do it all, without any notice or warning.
I also find it VERY entertaining that the service only asks about how the call was when there were no issues. When it drops the call three times, picture freezes constantly and so on, they seem to not ask for your feedback on how the call was. That is one way to skew statistics effectively...
Really, why not just say we want to bill you for service, and not take away functionality like Chinese water torture... One feature at a time...
