Skype won't open, it says I'm already logged in on this computer.

This isn't the first time I've had problems with skype, so I'm becoming familiar with how it works. When I try to log in it say's that we can not open skype, you are already logged in on this computer. I've already tried to remove the skype.exe process but there are none running. So I tried I tried uninstalling skype and deleting it completely, but when I go to delete skype it gives me the message "Error 0x80070091: The directory is not empty." Please help me with this, it's quite frustrating. Thank you.

Portable Version should work.

You can uninstall Skype with Revo (Select advanced options-remove all)
http://www.revouninstaller.com/download/revouninstaller.zip

Then reinstall latest Skype with this link:
http://www.skype.com/go/getskype-wlm

No emergency calls with Skype
