Skype problem after the last update.

Hey, my skype is supposed to open maximized at windows startup, Immediately.

But after the update, it doesn't start immediately anymore.

At the startup of windows 7:

I can hear the sound (skype startup sound), and I can see the skype taskbar icon, but It's freezed. I try to click on the it but nothing happens. I have to wait a minute till it works.

Check also if the /minimized switch is added to the start-up key in Windows Registry.

Please answer all of the following diagnostic questions in your very next reply:

 

What happens when you are trying to SIGNIN to Skype?
Did you receive any error code / messages?

What anti-virus application or security suite is installed?
What anti-spyware applications (other than Defender)?
What third-party firewall (if any)?

Press WinKey + R to open the Run window

WinKey (the button is located between the left Ctrl and Alt with the Windows logo)

Type: iexplore.exe and press Enter


Type the URL: https://apps.skype.com/home/

What happens when you are trying to SIGNIN to Skype?
It's supposed to start up and sign in automatically.

Hi!

 

I just loaded $10.00, to my Skype Credit, to place a call. I haven't made any calls yet, however, the amount I posted is not being reflected in the amount I should have available, after making my purchase. My last update states that the payment was processed.

 

Please advise...
