I have been having trouble with Skype for quite some time and I tried a few things on the support list- like check my firewall and close other internet programs, but it still will not work. I know my password is correct and my username since I have it written down.
I attempt to sign in and it sits and loads but then it says Skype is unable to connect. Is there something else I could try?
