Screen share split screen problems

Hello,

A couple of us posted this on the other forum and I would like to repost it here.

We are business users and we use Skype for our everyday operations.  We have 7 machines in our business which operate Skype.

During a session, we share our screen for our client.  All of our machines are laptops with a second, external monitor (Which is where we place the data for sharing).

On two of our machines the following bug happened: When the screen is shared (Selected Screen 2 for display), the section the other person sees is the top left quarter of screen 2 and the top right quarter of screen 1.  They can see the red "share" line which splits the shared video in half (As in, they can see the line saying it has shared screen 2, but they only see part of 2 and part of 1).

On the other forum, I posted a picture.  This forum doesn't seem to have the ability to upload pictures.  I am also not allowed to post a link to the other forum, so I apologise that I am prevented from showing you what I'm talking about.  I hope my explaination is enough for you to understand the issue.

We have tried uninstall/reinstall to no success.  Both are running Skype 5.3 and all video drivers are updated.

Can someone please help us?  When the first computer did this, we figured it was old, we retired it.  Now a second computer is doing it as well... we can't keep retiring machines.

Thank you,

Guy Davis
