How do I put my voice and the sounds from my computer to a skype call so other can hear?

Like the title says, I want other to hear my voice plus the sounds on my computer such as music from youtube.

 - And this is my microphone device that I am using : Microphone (HD Webcam C525)

 - Sometimes I also use : Microphone (Realtek High Definition Audio)

 - There's a seperate audio device that I could use for other to listen to the sounds from my computer, is called : Stereo Mix (Realtek High Definition Audio) but that does let other hear my voice but only the sounds on my computer

 - Please let me know if you suggest anything about audio devices and configurations or perhaps make a list of audio mixer that I should use?

Re: How do I put my voice and the sounds from my computer to a skype call so other can hear?

Try Below:

Set the sound output to Speakers.

In the call, Click Call quality >> Speaker >> Set the output to your Speakers.

set the sound input to microphone.

In the call, Click Call quality >> Microphone >> Set the input to your microphone.

Press WinKey + R to open the Run window

WinKey (the button is located between the left Ctrl and Alt with the Windows logo)

Often people are complaining about that their contacts can hear everything what is played on their computer and they don’t know how to avoid this. You want exactly the opposite.

I’m not sure if this will work with the c525 webcam built-in microphone, but if connect an external microphone to your sound card and select the Stereo Mix option as the microphone source in Skype, then theoretically this should work.

Re: How do I put my voice and the sounds from my computer to a skype call so other can hear?

Um I think I got it when I change my Microphone device to Stereo Mix

I did Exactly what Tamim saids, it doesn't work but then when I went to

Sound window > Recording Tab and right click on my Microphone HD C525 Webcam > Properties > Listen Tab >

Play back through this device and then I change it from default playback device to  Realtek High Definition Audio, it worked!

Thanks for all you guys's help, much appreciated :(y):

[ Edited ]

Hi there,

I had the same problem as you and finally i resolved it.

Go to : Control Panel>>Hardware and Sound>>Sound>>Recording>>Microphone>>Properties>>Enhancements and then

Just click "Disable all sound effects".
Hope you find it useful.

Re: How do I put my voice and the sounds from my computer to a skype call so other can hear?

Today there is maybe a more flexible and powerful solution to mix one microphone (and whatever audio device) and computer sound by using the virtual mixing console called 'Voicemeeter' (free).
