I have no problem signing into Skype. However, whenever I have an incoming call or am making a call, as soon as the "accept" button is clicked the connection disconnects. If in a conversation I am able to message just fine and receive messages. But am unable to establish an audio connection. Is anyone else having this problem or have any ideas what maybe causing the issue?

Do you have any security software installed on the computer?
Did a Free-trial antivirus come preinstalled on the computer when you bought it?
Do you have any other p2p (µTorrent, BiTtorrent, Team Viewer) software installed on the computer?
Which version of Skype do you use?
Do you have Hamachi LogMeIn installed?
What anti-spyware applications (other than Defender)?
What third-party firewall (if any)?
