Skype refuses to let me log in.
All that appears is the blank screen with the skype logo and a few cloud's when I start up the application,see attached file, and after looking on this site at way's to fix it nothing seems to of worked.
I've got the most current versions of both skype and IE,I also don't have skype set to a compatibility mode.
Can Someone help me fix this?
Please, answer first these questions:
What version of Windows are you on (XP, Vista, Windows 7)? Is it 32-bit or 64-bit?
What is the version of Internet Explorer installed on your computer?
In Internet Explorer go to Help -> About Internet Explorer.
P.S. Please, don’t say that you are not using Internet Explorer. This is irrelevant. Skype depends on Internet Explorer.
a) Click Start.
b) In the search box type cmd
c) Right click and select Run as administrator
d) Type the following commands and press ENTER.
Restart your PC.
Now try running Skype.
