Sounds like you picked up a trojan and you are still infected. Immediately have your computer checked for a ‘bug’ or ‘bugs.’

Download, save, and then install: Malwarebytes anti-malware (MBAM)

Click the 'Download free version' button.
Allow MBAM to download it's latest definitions during it's installation.

Preferably in safe mode with networking - repeatedly tap F8 as you boot.

Open MBAM and do a Quick scan, which is

the Default setting. If *anything is detected*, do a Full scan next.

Disable other security software whilst you are doing scans.

After you have used malwarebytes then Run ESET Online Scanner

Preferably in safe mode with networking - repeatedly tap F8 as you boot.

Once it is clean of pests, install a firewall and an anti-virus program if you do not have one yet.

After you finish this, then go in and change your password, using a good strong one.

Also, check your account information and make sure no information was changed, if it was change it back immediately.

In Skype application you may change Allow calls/IMs from... "anyone" to "allow people on my Contact list only".

Then, you will have to inform your contacts that it was not you sending that file, but they need to check their computers in case they were also infected.
