3 way conference

[ Edited ]

The last time I tried using skype for a 3 way call I could only see 1 of the people.  My professor initiated the call.  I could see my professor, but not my partner.  My partner experienced the same problem, he could see the professor but not me.  We could all 3 hear each other.  Do you know what the problem might have been.  My professor said she did not have that problem with any other people who participated in the assignment.

Thank you,

Jeremy Scott

Re: 3 way conference

Unfortunately, group video is not yet 100% reliable.  Sometimes it just works better than other times.

One thing you can do, though, to increase the chances of a successful call is make sure you and your partner are running Skype version, the current version as of today.

To be sure, click on Help > About Skype.  If you see any version other than, update via this link:  http://www.skype.com/go/getskype-full

Please note: I do not respond to requests for help via Private Message.
