mobile link windows/phone not working

I had to uninstall Skype for windows mobile phone. Went to reinstall saw the new set up where I put in cell number for link.

I clicked the link it takes me to the page but the page doesn't load properly and now i can't install it. Help please

My window phone did not support Skype it easy download but page will not open
