Great work on the app. On my HD7, when I video chat, the feed from the camera shows as the main video feed (taking up the whole screen) while the video feed of the person I am chatting with shows up in a small picture-in-picture in the corner. They both work fine, but it would make a lot more sense for them to be flipped, and that and is also as it is done on the Skype desktop app.
I also have this issue on my HD7. It happens both when initiating a call and when receiving a call. The recipient's video is always the small PIP window and my video is the main video.
This is because you are using a phone without a front facing camera. This behavior is standard across all of skype’s mobile offerings. If you have a front facing camera you will see the remote party fullscreen.
