Subscriptions not carrying over to app

I have 2 Subscriptions on Skype today (US/Canada and Philippine) and when i try to call anything other than a Skype buddy I get the message indicating I don't have enough Skype credit.  I know it'll all come in time and so excited to see the app out and can't wait for further updates to come out for the app.

Hi there! Any updates in this issue? I have 2 skype accounts unlimited call to Canada/ USA. My parents from the Philippines use skype but they cannot call me from my landline here in Canada. There is a message " You need skype credit to make a call." We've been using skype for a long time and we never encountered such problem before.
