Spam message is being sent automically [ Edited ]

Hello,

Recently, we are facing a critical problem in accessing our skype account. The spam message containing the link "HAHA OMG [link removed by moderator]" is being sent automatically from our skype ID to all of our contacts. We are not able to stop sending and not able to do any action on that time other than shutting down the system.

Since we are a reputed freelancer company it is a great dispute for our business. Many of our clients are just reporting us that we are sending the viruses. This is just annoying.

All of our privacy settings has set with the option that IM's and calls to be received from the persons in contact list only. Even we are facing this problem.

It is affecting our smooth business. It would be very appreciable if you provide the viable solution for this problem asap.

Please change your password as soon as possible. Other users can send messages from your account only if they have access, e.g. got hold of your password somehow.

Dear Skype support;

I keep receiving the following spam message " سؤال هي صورتك ؟ http://goo.gl/CqhLB?profile=hamdibreik1" nearly every hour from one of my contacts. Please advise me how to stop this spam reception and how to clear all received messages from my history records.

You can block the contact, which will prevent you from receiving more messages from this contact. If you no longer want that contact in your contact list, you can remove them at the same time.
