Why can't you do the credit workaround that we suggest? It is a solution that will serve us until a real fix arrives. Or are you simply content with robbing us?

Same problem, sems super widespread.
I have unlimited calls to Mexico, my login is alexalvaradoe.
The error message I receive is " You dont have enough Skype Credit to call this number", and then has a bottom to buy $4.99 Credit, which of course I dont want to buy.
Its kind of frustrating trying to get an answer here, really hope there was support 800, as the response will come in a few days I guess. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It really doesnt make sense to have one account for mobile and another for your desktop, is simply too many things to care about when you can make the autentication with a single user id.

you do not need several accounts to use on different devices, you can use the same account on your desktop and mobile.
I can see that there are indeed several accounts registered with your email, please make sure you log in with the correct account to be able to place calls.
