Change windows RT surface signed in skype account [ Edited ]

Hi

So I have windows RT surface and showed my daughter who signed into Skype  with her account.

Now  I am unable to remove her account and sign in as me. So I though ok I will uninstall and then reconnect as me but no it uninstall's fine but when reinstalled it signs straight back in as her.

Any suggestions on either removing her settings or signing in as a different account. And no I don't want to create a new windows profile just fix mine.

try to login into Local account first

Win + C >> Settings >> Change PC settings >> Users >> Switch to a local account.

Sign Out Skype.

Run Skype >> Win + C >> Settings >> Options >> sign out.

Quit modern Skype.

Go to the location below

C:/Users/tamim/AppData/Local/Packages/Microsoft.SkypeApp_kz......./LocalState/

and delete your daughters SkypeUserName folder

Now switch to your MS account and signin to Skype with your own credentials.

Thank you Tamim it sounded very promising (and folders with her name were there) but unfortunately it didn't work as soon as I went back into skype after following your instructions it signed back in as her.

I also searched for all folders with the name skype and deleted all and I searched through registry for the word skype (not too many things returned). I then removed Skype restarted and re-installed and it signs in straight away as her as soon as you answer 2 questions about the camera and mic. I noticed how quickly Skype installs which makes me suspect it has the settings already somewhere.

Please Contact customer service and ask them to unlink your daughter's account from your Microsoft Account.
