how to screen share windos 8
In order to be able to use the screen sharing feature you have to install the "normal" desktop version.

I have a problem with my skype.. I have tried to see how i can share the screen, but one problem... I cant see the symbol ( + ) on the screen.... I have tried to uninstall and install again.. but this dosnt help.... so..what can i do???
Skype for Windows 8 doesn't have Screensharing feature.

It escapes me how lazy people are. It also worries me how quick they are to blame X and Y for thier problems despite thier lack of knowledge of what they are talking about.
The reason Skype Metro has no Screen Sharing is becasue Windows Phones cannot (for whatever reason) give the framebuffer to Skype. The framebuffer is the final screen image befroe it is sent to your display, and is normally given back to Skype by your graphics hardware to be sent over the internet as a screen sharing video. If you have no functionality for Windows Phone and RT, then you have no functionality for Metro. This is understandable as accessing hardware on RT, Windows Phone and Windows 8 are vastly different and I have no doubt that eventually, when Metro across differnt form factors reaches maturity they will fix this, but chances are it's a OS problem more than a software issue. Metro is a whole different OS framework to Win8 remember.
