I have the same problem. Have the current version on a Ultrabook with windows 8. Skype was working well 2 weeks ago then suddenly the disconnections reders it unuseable.
Every post on this support forum is absolutely of no use. I actually unistalled my nortons firewall. I am running on a wireless router which i have no control over so no settings can or have been changed.
Something is wrong with skype or the app in windows 8 is rubbish. I have deleted my subscription until you provide an actual produce that I can use... very much a shame I can not get a refund out of you and backcharge you for wasting my time.
Hey there guys. I have contacted Kaspersky's technical support from January 2013 but have not gotten any reply yet. The temporary fix i found was to disable Kaspersky completely while making the skype call. Hope this helps anyone who is looking for a solution, and if Kaspersky ever replies to me, I will be sure to post it here.
