can't get video conferencing to work

I am not sure what was wrong.  I had the premium package, everyone has the right level computer, webcam and skype version.  I can do one-one calls, just can't see anyone on a group call (though I can hear them)...  does it matter that I have a wireless connection to my router and not broadband?

Wifi can be an issue but it can also be good enough.

Run a test at www.speedtest.net    What results do you get?  Up and download speeds, and ping?

One thing you can do to increase the chance of a successful group call is make sure that everyone is running the latest version of Skype.  Don't assume you, or they, have "the latest."  Click on Help > About Skype for the specific versin number.   5.8.0.156 is the current version and if you don't have that, update via the installer from this link:
