I want to open my skype account on teams, it was created arrowing 17 years ago, the email it sends ne the code no longer exist for many years. I did changed it into my present email, but for some reason Microsoft askes me to enter old email and verify the code. Skype has not offered (!!) to pay back the credits that were accumulated, neither before nor after retiring.... why hasn't a simple link still been sent that enables us enabling to request the credit to be sent (refunded) to the account holders before retiring... Hi, I am writing to complain about the ending of Skype to anyone in Microsoft who reads this foruym. This is the only tool that I have to video call with my 89 year Mum. She struggles with technology and does not have a mobile phone. All she can use is her iPad and Skype has been a lifeline. As I am overseas, I cannot hand hold her and teach her through the migration to Teams or any other video conferencing package for that matter. I can’t open my account

I have a groupme account. The phone number I put in is different than the number of the device that has the app/ account. My problem is that my messages don't come as text messages rather as groupme messages. Which means that I have to stay around my other device that is not a phone the whole day. In the settings the messages are not muted and the chat is not archived. Any tips?
