I have a friend in Russia. She doesn't speak English and I don't speak Russian. We use Google when we are together or with email. Does Skype have a voice translator when we make a video call?

No. There's is no simultaneous voice translator available in Skype.

How do I translate chat posts into another language? i have seen an English guy post English... and I saw both English and Russian. But I cant see how he did this.
