So, im transfering my skype pic to my laptop, and its the size of the thumbnail, is there any way to increase the resolution?

If you are using a command like this:

oSkype.Settings.SaveAvatarToFile PictureFileName

then the image is saved with the same resolution as it was stored in Skype. I don’t think that there is any way to increase the resolution.
