skype cant install in Win 64-bit

I had installed skypoe on my new machine machine using NVIDIA Geforce GT 635.IT worked fine for a couple of days until its crashed. Skype gave me a message SKYPE EXECUTABLE IS CORRUPTED , REINSTALL.

I cant reinstal.

Pls suggest step by step measures so that I can get SKYPE working again.

Most likely this is caused by the latest nVidia drivers.
