I get a " skypes can't connect" message when i try to sign in at the blue page.  how do I get past this problem? I am running windows 7 - 64 bit system. I also have internet explorer 9 .

can someone tell me why I cant connect with skyp no longer Lately, ive had a problem with connecting to skype it tells me that skype cannot connect me. Please tell me what it is that I need to do!!!!!

RESOLVED!  I'm embarrassed to say I didn't figure out why not connecting in-spite of excellent internet connection and valid account to cover land-line VOIP calls.  I had my ISP mail compromised, and 'TREND MICRO' security shut down fraudulent e-mails going out to contacts and at the same time blocked a variety of potential mail providers.  I had to go into TM settings and remove block from SKYPE.  The insight to pblm. came from DELL Tech Support.

What Antivirus application are you using on your computer? Try to disable it.

i have done every thing with my laptop I cannot sign in. but another laptop, It's goes well,   Is there something wrong with my laptop connecting to skype? please help me
