I was wondering why South Africa is not one of those countries listed to have unlimited calls to when getting the skype premium. It is one thing that is keeping me from upgrading to premium. I use skype very regularly to phone both mobile and landlines.

1. In order to be included in the "Unlimited Call" list a country has to have a price for local landline calls of 2.3 cents per minute or lower. At present prices in South Africa are around 3 times that amount.
2. Yes - as soon as prices there fall to the required level.
