contact requests not received...

Hi there,

my friend and I have sent each other contact requests using our respective skype names and neither have come through. His skype name now appears in my contact list but is marked with a '?'. When i search for his skype name in 'add contact', it says 'contact not found'. I have tried to find him through his full name and ordinary email address but still no joy. Am not very good at this technical stuff, am I missing something very obvious?

Please remove the contact and resend the contact request to try.
