conference call

I used to be able to put several contacts together for a conference call but recently this has become impossible. I follow the instrctions to drag a contact into the box to create a group but when I go to the contact to start dragging the box disappears. Any suggestions?

I have tried every which way to duplicate the problem you describe -- I am a Win7 PC on Skype 5.8.0.158 -- and have not succeeded. Please post back describing the computer and operating system you are using. As a first step, please also ensure you have the most recent version of Skype installed.
