Why is it skype makes it so hard to get support

Skype have taken my money, but will not address their problems.

Skype charges me for text messages that are never delivered.

How can I get a response from them

support.skype,com just sends you to a list of independent 3rd party support orgs that charge a fee and then may or may not help. I just spent $48 for almost nothing with one of them. I have gone there several times but did not see anything from Skype. ?????

Kudos my back side i have been trying to correct an issue with skpe for over two hours now. all you want is KUDOS. get some to deal with me or an cancelling this subscription.
I am been charged for calls when i bought a monthly subscription. KUDOS DON"T MEAN **bleep** TO ME UNLESS YOU CAN HANDLE YOUR BUSINESS. LIKE CUSTOMER SUPPORT
