Why does username and name changing durring in the same chat????

Yesterday when I was chating with one of mine friend, durring the chat her skype username and name was changing. example (on my skype name)....or erifodor was shown or Erika Tőkés Fodor. What went wrong?  Only happens when I am chating with this person.

Hm...Try Deleting then Re-adding the person
