How can I transfer a received voicemail from my skype to my PC as a file that can be played by Media player , QuickTime, etc?

You can find the voice mail files in the voicemail folder in the \Skype\your skype name\ directory. However, as far as I know, these files cannot be opened by any other application than Skype.
