Using Skype without downloading Skype program

Is there a way to use skype without downloading the skype program onto a computer?  Currently I have a work computer that will not allow me to download software/programs. I do have a Skype acct.

I think now in lebanon where I live the Skype to phone is baned from the network ( is this possible ) that's why I can't make any phone calls now( but normal Skype to Skype is working)!!! Is thir a way to use it to over pass that ? Thanks

Yaa... I try loging in all the time at families house even if they have no skype and it dont do crap.lol I never stop trying. But it does get very fusterating too.
All well we doo got all the time in the world to get on skype. Well at least thats what I get told all the time. Lol .
But anyways let me know when you find a way to get loged into skype without downloading it. Ok. Lol, Have a very nice day..

Thank you for the IMO.im link. Does ANYONE (pleeeze!) have the Skype link so that I can return to making regular Skype call. I can easily access my account & top it up etc., but for Love nor Money can I find 'MY' Skype page.

I would just like to ask if it is possible for me to use video calling through skype evenwithout downloading it?I already have a skype account but unluckily I accidentally deleted the program skype so the problem was I cant download it again because Im just using someone´s laptop and the owner forgotten her password in order to log in the administrator site of the laptop that I have been using . As mentioned earlier in this thread, the only way you can make Skype calls without installing the Skype program is to use a "portable" installation on a USB thumbdrive.  See this link for how to create a portable:
