Did a system recovery and it erased skype on my computer. When I downloaded new Skype I created a new account and lost my contacts. Unable to get my original Skype account after log on as it shows the new account. Help please??

Sign out from the new account and sign in again with the old account.

I have done that as my old account is the same as my new but has a 4 instead of a 5 at the end. My contacts are not there??

4 is not the same as 5. You have two different accounts.
