Skype Premium - Canary Islands?

Before I sign up for Skype Premium could you please advise if the Canary Islands is classed as one of the inclusive international countries for this service? Spain is listed and the Canaries often fall under the Spanish band - however please can you clarify before I sign up? Thank you

The Canary Islands are part of the Spanish telecommunications system and are treated as such by Skype.
