How do I get to skype live chat support?

To be eligible for live chat you must belong to one of these groups:

• Skype Premium customers 
• Skype Manager Administrators
• Customers with Unlimited World Extra Subscriptions
• Other groups of eligible paying customers.

Go to the Customer Services page.If you are not already signed in, you will be prompted to do so.

If you are an eligible user you will see an option to request live chat support. Click on that.

Ok, I am my own support

For anyone else that wants to know.

on support page, in the search box type in "live chat"

topics will come up, select "what is live customer support"

about 3/4 pg down you will see, in blue, "customer service login"

log in then select "start a chat"

this is a very confusing and misleading site first it says live video chat is free then you find out wasting lots of time it isnt free at all

i am stressed i keep sending messages on here and no one is answering me how do i even know if they are

open the link below and click the Email Support button to get in touch with the customer service.  You may also see the Live Chat option if you are eligible for that type of support service.  If you will not be able to see the live chat option, that means that you are only entitled for email based support.

Contact Skype Customer Service  

You will be required to login when you want to contact customer service.  If for some reason the link above doesn't work for you, email skype at contactus@skype.net.

ok i have wrote many different people no one has answered me i wont know where to go to see if they wrote me..i looking for live chat they over draftes my bank account when i was no on auto re charge lolodriggers@yahoo.com i have no idea how to use this its very confusing
