Skype Language

Dear all,

I was wondering who I can speak to regarding the sign up process of Skype?

I live in Dubai which has one of the world's most diverse mix of nationalities. Now it is an Arab country however the majority of people speak English and only a low % of the population speak Arabic.

I just signed up and if you click your country when you register, the default language automatically becomes Arabic and from that point on you can no longer understand what is being displayed (unless you're an Arabic speaker).

Also when Skype sends e-mails, they all appear in Arabic so again you do not know what is being sent to you.

Who can I speak to from Skype or inform this is the case and that a menu should be included in the initial sign up where you can select either English or Arabic rather than just automatically being given the Arabic option.

There are over 20 countries in the Middle East and I'd assume the above is the case for all of them despite most of those countries having a large expat community.

Thanks,
Sam
