Signing in

When I go to sign in to my account, a white screen pops up and will not allow me to sign in or access my account. I have restarted my computer, checked settings, and deleted and reloaded skype multiple times with no success. Help anyone?

Is your Internet Explorer working? Can you browse the net using Internet Explorer?

I just tried my internet explorer and it doesn't appear to be working. I usually use firefox.

Skype needs properly working Internet Explorer. What Windows version do you have (Windows 7, Vista, XP) and what version of IE is installed?

i have windows xp and i believe that 6.0 is the version of internet explorer.

Download the latest version of Internet Explorer (IE8 ) for Windows XP:

My Skype will not let me sign in today. It says I am "already signed in on this computer" and I must "sign out and try again". How do I sign out when I cannot sign in? I do not have Skype running on this machine at this time. The tray icon right-click menu just says I am "not signed in".

What is this?
