I am managing an Internet Cafe Shop and had numerous requests for a call facility. Can Skype provide where we as a shop can sell call time upfront and then set timers according to the amount the customer pays us?
IN OTHER WORDS:
If we buy call time from Skype for $ 20, a customer wants to make a phone call but only wants to pay us $ 2, how can we set the timer on the Skype Call software where the customer only makes $ 2 worth of call?

Skype does not offer any such feature built in. Unfortunately I'm also not aware of any third party software that would allow for such. the closest you can get is checking the account's usage page right after the call to get the exact amount spent for the last call: https://secure.skype.com/account/usage
Right now it's not possible though to show a "money counter" or set a hard limit for a call. Sorry that I don't have better news for you.
I recommend to download the latest Skype and search first.
