When someone calls my number, Skype answers with the following message:
"Welcome to Skype. Sorry, but we don't recognize the telephone number you're calling from. For security reasons, you will have to complete a 2 step authentication process. First, enter one of your saved numbers......."
What in the world is this and how long has it been going on? I tried to post a message on here yesterday and it has disappeared. How can you operate a business like this?
I'm very unhappy, to say the least, that I cannot speak to a service representative. If I don't hear from someone within 24 hours, I will have no choice but to go through the process of getting a new number somewhere else and change my number with all of my contacts and on my website. This is incredible.
May I bill Skype for the hours this will take me?
