Non existing service from Chatandvision

Dear Sirs,

We have been trying to get in touch with chatandvision for over a week in order to return a purchased telephone. They are impossible to get in touch with in a normal way, that is by phone, email or chat. The only thing they provide us with is automated answers, that they will be in touch within 24 hours, but they never do.A week afterwards I still don´t know how to procede, please advise us.

It is true! And now they removed every type of contact of the contact page. And their deals does not work as well.
