Hey, I have subscribed to long distance calling in kenya. If I call a number in Kenya I know it is already paid for by my skype minutes, but what will the person on the other end be charged? I read somewhere that the call will be considered local to them, but they have a canadian number and are in Kenya. How does this work out? Thanks
