I hate skype...Well that's a little strong but so far it hasn't been good. [ Edited ]

I am very frustrated w/ this site.  There's waaaaay too much junk on the home page and it's not user friendly!!! 
If it doesn't make skype some money...Like customer service for example, you are on your own. 
Evidently you have to pay for it in order to get it.  Never heard of that before. 
Please skype make things ez for us users.

I don't get it this Microsoft take over and the total lack of concern for people like myself who have been a skype user 5 + years at least, I have a  skype phone number a world subscription, but I can't use it on Window 7 64 because Skype won't install.  I can't contact Skype for help, It is absolutely frustrating and stupid.

Please tell me there is a competitor I can go to and take all my friends around the world with me.

any service that makes sure that you cannot contact anyone if you have a gripe has issues.  i cannot get skype to give me credit for the USA/Canada plan although i have put credit on numerous times in the last 7 weeks.  There is no place to post that there is an issue, only look at the answers everyone else has received.  right now it is affecting my business and because of this i will be looking for a substitute service.

I am thinking of dropping Skype and just using Google Chat / Google talk - they are offering free calls to land lines in US and Canada at this time

I Hate SkyPe for only one thing. No spell check in message window.

How can such wide spread used messanger can not have a spell check. Thats rediculous. I dont know when this people will wake-up and add that. I dont understand for how long user need to wait before they get that. Please add else you'll soon find people moving away from SkyPe.

No. Not strong enough. This interface where you deal with your account information and subscriptions is beyond pathetic. Really. How did they get to be so big? It is horrible!

Really? Why are you surprised? Skype gets my vote for the worst software since AOL. Their attitude reminds me of AOL. Their subscription/account pages are beyond horrible. What a horror show. If everyone didn't use this [***], I'd do something else.

No foolin! I can't even start a basic skype to skype call from my main page because I can't even access my main page!

And their so called customer support is a joke. All I have been able to access are these boards, and STILL can't get help with my problem!

So I AGAIN ask, if you can do nothing with your account, what good is it & why have it?!
