Re: Where do we post questions ? Good question!

It's impossible to do from buy skype credit - need to go to account tab and then payment settings at bottom & delete old card and put in new details - easy enough but even easier to allow people that option from 'buy skype credit' imo.

sorry to post here - still no 'new message' button in sight - glitch?

Re: pj64k netplay

just to clarify, the New Message button will not be available if you are reading somebody else's thread.  please read and follow primemover's instruction step-by-step. don't just jump to the instruction to look and click the New Message option.

Re: How to post a new question

I noticed that my Skype credit was incorrect when I logged on the next day.  On two occasions, I signed out, leaving about $6.00 on my account.  When I signed in the next day, my Skype credit was only $0.14.  I thought I made a mistake, and bought $10.00 again.  A week later, when my credit was down to about $5.00, the same thing happened again.  The next morning, I had 8 cents on my account.  I need to know about these deductions...

Re: How to post a new question

NOBODY IS ANSWERING THIS! The question was How do I post a brand new question? They obviously can't find a forum dealing with their problem. I also have a problem which no forums are answering.

I want to get hold of Skype and complain but there appears to be nowhere and no way of contacting them.  I have a paid for Skype Phone account and I was charged the other day 49cents for just ringing a number which wasn't answered. Thinking about my account the few calls I do make seem expensive and as I have not been checking it I now assume I'm being overcharged for calls and or charged for calls made but not connected but HOW DO I SPEAk TO / EMAIL SKYPE ACCOUNTS?  Any ideas and also anyone reckon they are / have been charged excessively? Now I'm wondering how I'll know if anyone answers this as I can't see anywhere to click to receive email notifications of replies.............oh dear this is user unfriendly stuff.

Re: How to post a new question

Still can't figure out how to post except as a reply.  This skype is crap, it will not allow me to uninstall.  My e-mail has been slammed with spam and I have tracked them down as coming from skype.  I have not even used skype in over a year and tried to uninstall but it will not allow me

Re: Reposted from the Other Thread

Hi, good and detailed instruction, only problem is that the "new message" button that you illustrate in your post does not appear under any of the topics that I have selected, so I still do not understand how I post anything on this site! Very confusing! Clarification would be most appreciated!
