Holding video calls for up to 10 people... [ Edited ]

Hi I wasn't sure where to post this question? so I hope this is a good place and that I will get an answer soon. Once I sign up for the premimum can I hold a conference with multiple Non premimum accounts?  I presume the answer is yes but just wanted to make sure.

Also does Skype intend to raise its rates again once the membership drive is over? I hate surprise raise in charges. 

I would love to know if Skype offers any sort of discount for non profits, churches or schools?  I am the C.E.O. of a very small (currently) non profit and would love to utilize Skype for our needs not only for the staff but for members who signs up with Amplegreen Foundation.

Yes, you can have a Group Video call with up to 10 (including you)  particpants if you have Premium and they don't.

Skype will never annouce future plans, especially something like a rate increase.
