I have a call center in Glendale, Ca. with 200 phones that is manned 24/7 with a live person.
I am currently researching the methods by which a caller in any country could call my 800# toll free or for cheap. I would pay for the inbound calls if possible.
Once established I would heavily advertise the number or method by which I could be called.
Is Skype the answer?
If so is it possible to speak to someone to discuss details?
