Hi friend,

I have purchased Skype Credit via Bank transfer, but I forgot to include "payment reference number" when making the transfer of money, until now my status still "Order status: Pending".

What should I do to claim my credit, so that I can make calls to mobile?

I couldn't make a transfer from my Bank of America account. It is sending it by mail. Which address did you use?
