Does anyone from Skype try to contact me personally?

Recently, I have been having a conversation with a contact and I will have someone unknown from "AUTOCALL" trying to connect with me.  Their message says that 'attention is required', but I am unsure as to who it may be.  I have not replied to them, nor have I accepted them as a contact.  Is this someone who is legit or is this some type of hacker/scam and I should continue to block them.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

no there is another post about htis the official skype people say: skype will never contact u this way and that u should block the user and check in the REPORT box kk? i hope i helped
