How do I get the Skype icon on my desktop? Everytime I want to start it, the website makes me download it.

I can't open my download Skype on my computer. So I removed my Skype from my computer and re-downloaded Skype again. My new Skype did not show up on my desktop. I have been trying for two hours to get Skype on my computer again. Don't you have a customer support phone #? I am now getting more new Skype contact names. How can I use just one Skype name?

I have installed Skype on my wifes tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tab2 10.1). Her account is setup, emails recieved from Skype but there is no Skype icon on the tablet. What has happened?

Total pain in the neck. I, too, am frustrated with no desktop icon and the download process.
