Y'know, this is a user-to-user forum.  It's not likely that anyone here will know the answer to your question.

Why don't you use the link provided earlier in this thread (and in the other one where you posted a dupe of your question here) to contact Customer Service and ask them?

I wanted recharge with i had a plan like unlimited calls.

I wanted to put on automatically recharge.

But i dont know what happened and i charged normal .

Is it any salution about to transfer this credit to unlimited account.

I can't agree more. I spent 20 mins going in circles on the Skype webpages trying to find how to contact them. I don't think being relegated to forums contact only is justified when Skype have deprived me of credit... much credit. That said, I FINALLY got in touch, thanks to this thread, and a refund is apparently underway. But the whole contacting Skype issue as per this thread is a MASSIVE problem in my opinion and a disservice to loyal customers. Thanks.
