Contacting Customer Service???

I've crawled all over the Skype website looking for a way to contact customer service. Anyone know where they're hiding? Thanks.

Thanks. What a confused maze to go through. I like Skype, haven't had problems. I just want to see if I can port my phone number to a new Skype account. After this it's easier just to change all my records.

You're not the first one to have that reaction to Skype's Customer Service.  For now, at least, it is what it is.

They lost my business b/c of that.

I wanted to call them & they ignored my e-mail, so I went a different route & NO, don't tell me they don't accept phone calls. If they are a real company, they will have a phone number.

Many of you will disagree & that's fine. More people need to take a stand & demand a way to speak to a REAL live human being instead of being sent e-mails that make no sense or better yet, no response at all.

Unfortunately, the live chat option is available for premium and other selected members only.  for regular members, only email support is available.  However, there should be no reason for customer service not to respond to customers' concerns.  I believe that any Skype customer service rep may face serious penalties if they intentionally ignore a valid concern from a Skype user.

just install the Skype program in that computer you want/need to use, then login using your Skype username and password.  You can use your Skype account in any computer or device with the Skype software/apps installed in it.

Why does skype send offers that out of date before they send them?. (Such as 3 months free world wide call).
